"Excellent food preparation but missing one little option for dinner which is ICE Cream it's supposed to be there"

"A fantastic place to stay with friendly attentive staff and excellent pools. There were 2 pool bars which were swim up or could be accessed dry. The food was fantastic with lots of options. I travelled with 2 fussy eaters but we were able to find something for them both at every meal. The staff could not do enough for you I would like to make a special mention of Mohamed Ebrahim who welcomed us daily and was always on hand to fetch us drinks or anything else we wanted. The bus to the beach was great. Although it is not far taking the bus faves some restbite from the heat. "

"What I liked: I really enjoyed the location and the renovation of the property—it felt modern and comfortable. The staff were amazing, especially Artem and Mohamed at reception, who were very understanding and helpful. Mousa from room service was also excellent and very courteous. What I didn’t like: The airport car service was not punctual, so I had to follow up. One receptionist was rude and gave me attitude when I asked about the car. Unfortunately, I did not remember his name; I only saw him once in the morning—he looked young and wore glasses. To avoid issues, I suggest allowing some buffer time when arranging transportation. Also, the El Kababgy restaurant didn’t meet expectations—the meat felt greasy and had an unpleasant smell, making it not worth the price. A better option is to try the hotel buffet for lunch or dinner instead. Overall: Great location and staff, with some service inconsistencies and restaurant quality issues—but I would definitely stay here again."

"We love this hotel our vacation was a dream come true The staff was so nice and very helpful starting from the reception to the restaurants to the house keeping and animation team Every detail was perfect We loved the yummy food and all the varieties The views from our rooms were just a dream come true! The ground and all the buildings were very well kept We really enjoyed our time there! We really appreciate all the efforts of the staff who made sure that all our needs were met Thank you for all the great times we had in this beautiful vacation We strongly recommend this hotel and we sure be back again in the very near future!"
