"I arrived around 6 pm but the room was not ready. The receptionist tried to bully me into going to dinner first to cover the fact that the room was not ready. When I asked why the room was not ready the manager came and offered a room upgrade. The upgraded room was lousy and I can not imagine what would the original room would be like. The next morning I wanted to go to the beach. I saw the listed shuttle schedule and I timed my self to catch the 9;30am shuttle. I got there a few minutes early...

"The staff and service were amazing. Food quality was excellent. The only issue I faced was that the AC was too loud in the sweet I had. This noise affected my sleep. We had to turn it off from time to time to switch between getting cool air and staying quite for sometimes. Other than that the hotel, the staff, the amenities, the food and everything else was awesome. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone, who is looking for a nice vacation in Sharm The l Sheikh."
