"Property is visibly older but very well maintained, clean and equipped with all the modern day conveniences (fridge, microwave, coffee station, wifi). Its just off one of the surface streets so once or twice we could hear traffic but not in any way disruptive. Right off the freeway, perfect. Pricing was perfect for us. If you're looking for reasonably priced, convenient location with basic essentials this is a good spot. But if you're looking for bargain basement pricing with Ritz Carlton...
