Lovely Victorian house on a quiet street. Only a few blocks from the center of the town of Shelburne Falls, which is a charming New England town with a lovely river and a beautiful "bridge of flowers."

I stayed for 4 days / 3 nights in the apartment and it was super cute. I loved the location since it is so close to town and you can walk everywhere and enjoy Shelburne Falls. There is really no need to drive anywhere. This is a good location to get around to other parts of western Mass. For the stay, there were 2 of us and there was plenty of room. The dining area and kitchen were great. I don't think we ever sat in the living room, but it was nice and cozy. The shower was a little tiny but the water pressure was good. The apt has everything you need to be comfortable and enjoy the area. I would definitely go back and stay there again.

The bedroom and entire first floor living area was clean and nicely appointed in period decor. The self-check in process was simple and convenient. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to find and quickly mail back my forgotten prescription eyeglasses to my home address. Will definitely stay here again if visiting the pioneer valley.

I was absolutely pleased with my stay. The hotel was very cozy and homely, and the room was wonderfully well-equipped. Besides breakfast, they also had a few tasty treats like bread and jam available at any time, which was a lovely touch. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the access was perfectly arranged with clear communication. All in all, it was a really successful and very comfortable stay at a charming hotel.
