"The room was very hot, 82 degrees Fahrenheit. It took me forever to switch it from heat to cool, only to find out later that no matter what I selected, there was only hot air coming from the vents. I called the front desk and was informed that there was no cooling available in the winter time and setting the temperature did not work either. The windows could not be opened and my only choice was to turn the thermostat off completely, which I did. However, that did not lower the temperature in the room and I spent a sweltering night in the room. I was very disappointed that was my experience in a four and a half star hotel. "
