廁所經常塞，酒店員工服態度不好，嫌棄各樣的，房間舊而且隔音不好，一大早就聽到街上的車聲，還有隔壁房的吵鬧聲。雖一可取的就是地點不錯，酒店對面那家燒烤好好食

Good for a short stay

My first impression was not good. The attendants at the registrations desk did not speak English, which surprised me for a hotel with the name Vienna. However, my visit was satisfactory, and I would stay here again.

旁邊有間很好味的串燒店，吃完回酒店一流！

相比下酒店的設施最為不足，房間沒有大燈，只有床旁的燈，書桌上的枱燈也壞了，總括房間幾暗。馬桶都常塞，打電話叫職員幫手清潔，服務好，有禮貌。 對這酒店印象頗好。
