“Overall this apartment was a fantastic stay! Located just above Staines (literally any shop you might need is within a 5 minute walk), the apartment was private but not desolate and surprisingly quiet for its location so close to the main public spaces. “They never got me after hours check in information so we ended up stranded at the airport. After the fact, I found an attempt to call me once through “WhatsApp”. They had my email and we had corresponded through it previously, but they did not attempt to contact me through it or messaging to gain information they may have needed or to give me directions on hotel accommodations. ”
