“Bar and breakfast rooms were great..clean room..however we were given top floor room with four flights of stairs.. room too small for a double with very uneven floor.. Room was very hot window only opened six inches not much air coming in.fan provided was useless.. didn’t get much sleep as we were hot sticky and itratible..not going back.this was not in the heatwave.. the following weekend ..”

“Staff were lovely & very helpful but the hotel itself is in very poor condition & quite dirty. The beds are awful & can feel every spring and the bed frame through gaps, shower curtain mouldy & no shower gel or toilet paper in the room, mugs dirty & the carpets were not clean. Again can't fault the staff, kind and welcoming.”
