โThis hotel provides free daily breakfast and laundromat, staffs are professional and friendly. I did not like their gym hours. I hope they can make it 24 hours. The door to the laundry room also could be wiped clean more often. โ

I lost my valuables at this hotel. They are real silver earrings and a necklace. I had a suspicion that someone had stolen them, but I couldn't prove it because I didn't have any evidence. I checked all my luggage, but I couldn't find them, so I told the hotel front desk. I exchanged emails with the hotel all day, and I decided to meet with the manager at 9 p.m. to talk about the incident. However, the manager I met at 9 p.m. was not fully aware of the situation. I had been emailing the hotel about the incident since the morning, and I didn't understand why I had to explain everything to the manager again. The manager even suspected my mother, who was staying with me, which made me very angry. I ended up going to the police station and reporting the theft.
