Room not cleaned during stay and had to request clean towels. Kitchen area poorly maintained. Noisy at times too due to layout."

Our official room had a roach infestation and, when I told the host, he had a fumigation company come and spray while our bags were in there (of course, this ended up with roaches running into one of our bags).
