"Impeccable! This resort is beautiful and the architecture is so unique and intriguing. The rooms are beautiful and spacious. I've never stayed at a resort with so much character. The amenities are great. The breakfast options are tasty. The pool is beautiful and big so you can get your own private space. The floating bean bags in the water are so comfortable. I actually feel asleep on one. The only thing I'd like to point out is... the beach on the resort isn't as nice as others. You may want to walk down to other beaches if you want white sand and blue water. But this is not a deal breaker at all. Gives an excuse to walk and see other neighboring beaches. "

"Service and friendliness was top notch. We had a few issues with the room being ready for us on arrival but this was remedied and we thoroughly enjoyed the stay. They catered to our two 8month old twins with each meal and provided plenty of gluten free options for me."

"Me and my wife loved the stay there. The rooms were cool after a long day in the sun, the beds were very comfortable and the staff were all very friendly. The food and bars on the resort are the best we’ve had at a hotel. "

"The breakfast included us amazing. Eggs made to order, sausage/bacon, yogurt, fruit, juice, the best coffee I had in Kenya, and a wonderful selection of breads. The staff was lovely… each and every one. The pool is small but well cared for and clean. I liked being off the beaten track and yet only a couple of blocks away from the beach. I was traveling solo so for safety paid a local to walk me back to the hotel after dinner on the beach. I was very sad to leave this little heaven"

"Enjoyed my stay. The staff is pleasant and makes the experience superb. There are vendors that solicit once you step off the lodge and onto the beach. The staff does a terrific job of maintaining the privacy when on the property. You will see monkeys, who are approachable for photos, but please do not feed, as they will take this as an invitation to grab all of your food. The monkeys are not intrusive and the staff are ready to shooo the monkeys away, but of you feed them, then you have extended the invitation for them to take your food. Explore the city on a tuk tuk, and enjoy the local culture. While there, I experienced their famous barbershop service which includes a face massage, neck massage and hair wash. Enjoy your stay, sleep well. The bed was fabulous with a thick mosquito net. I didn’t experience many mosquitoes, I was there in early September. As with any all-inclusive, the menu begins to repeat, but I was there for 12 days. The food was delicious. I plan on returning again. "

"This all inclusive resort provided all the amenities to relax after our safari and more! Highly rated cleanliness, beautifully decorated, offering multiple activities for adults & children it also maintained our safety within its gated walls. Though we walked few streets during the day without any incident. Street vendors promote their businesses but no issues."

"Every person I encountered was pleasant and friendly Off the beaten track but a Tuk tuk away from everything. On the beach but not recommended for swimming. Huge pool. Best staff Good buffet If there’s low guests it’s ala carte which is even better!! "

"Winifred the waitress, was always there to help you with food choice or drinks, And always smiling. Also Top chef, Thomas would always come out of kitchen and ask if your food was ok and not fergetting mzungu the other chef with his lovely pasta. Will definetly return.Graeme and Ross"
