“The hotel was beautiful, our cottage overlooking the sea just perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. She was equanimity personified, and utterly professional as she helped us navigate a path to the bag's retrieval. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Thank you Agnes.”
