"This hotel is pretty new with friendly staff and at a great location. It’s connected to JR station so no worries about walking outside especially when it’s freezing during winter."

"Very clean. Efficient room layout. Great shower water pressure (no tub in standard double room in this case, 1101). Breakfast buffet is 2500 yen (pricey but very good quality and great selection of foods including grilled salmon, tuna and scallop sashimi, bakery goods, etc.) Relaxation room and spa on 13F including free popsicle from 1500 to 2500 and free noodles from 2130 to 2300 at the restaurant on 4G. 10 minutes walk from JR Aomori station (which has several restaurants as well including a Starbucks). About 10 minutes walk from the pier though in winter, snowdrift will detour you. Speaking of, road are clear, sidewalks, not so much so get an IDL."

"I had to rent the room last-minute. The room was cheap despite the hotel being extremely fancy and well-run. The restaurants inside were very high quality and had very expensive options."
