"Hotel connected to large mall. 6 - 8 minute walk to 2 different train lines. Lobby of hotel is on 2nd floor and little difficult to find. Free shuttle from mall to higashi ginza, ginza, and haneda terminal 3. 1 train station away from toyosu senkyaku banrai and fish auction."

"Walkable from the airport with a lot of restaurant options nearby. Staff were friendly and the hotel looks really nice and elegant. The room was clean, spacious, and with a lot of amenities and free items. It's one of the best hotels we've stayed in. They even have onset but we didn't have enough time to use them."

"Its in walking Distance to different Stations (JR, Metro). The Door to the Bath(toilet) did not close right, but for us thats was not a problem. Water temperature was changing during Shower."

"The superior double twin room was great. Not huge but just enough had a nice little corner couch, perfect for suitcases. Little fridge, and safe, bidet, hairdryer etc all supplied Their pillows are very hard and seemed to have “dried beans”in them. They do offer an upgrade but we’re out when we tried. Our airplane neck pillows saved us!!otherwise everything was perfect. Staff was super nice!"
