"This was an extremely affordable place to suit our last-minute decision to stay in Koshigoe. The room was great, everything was pretty basic but for the price we paid it was more than enough. "Nicely situated near a train station, and the noise from the trains does not disrupt you whatsoever. It makes the location extremely convenient, especially if you need easy access to Haneda Airport. From the airport it is about 30 minutes via the monorail and train. From the hotel, getting to Tokyo Station, Shibuya, and Shinjuku takes roughly 30 minutes as well. The area is much quieter than the city's busier districts, but there are still plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. If you're looking for a more local vibe, this is definitely a great spot. The room was spacious, especially considering that many hotel rooms in Japan are even smaller. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the amenities and bathroom were excellent. The rooftop bar is definitely worth checking out for the views. It's absolutely stunning."

"Very clean. Nice staff. Everything you could need in a place to crash in the shibuya area. Nice mall right across the road with fun food court in the basement. Only downside is that the rooms are tiny (twin beds are both on same base and in the corner so one person has to scoot off the end) and the sink is outside the bathroom so no way to quietly brush teeth or wash up if the other occupant is sleeping. I recognize this smallness is common so not docking a ton of points but the reality is that despite the pristine nature of the space, you won’t want to hang out in the room. What’s that you say? You’re there to see all the sights and won’t be spending much time in the room? Maybe, but after 3 days of typhoon 25 during silver week, a more capacious bolt hole would have been nice. To be clear, no fault of the property, which is excellent. Just one of those things. Other nice things: Laundry area was clean and worked well. 500 yen for a wash and 100 yen for ten minutes of drying. Machines already have detergent so no need to bring any. Common room has plates, cups etc and also water and ice. Apart from the music, which was not to my taste, it’s a good little space to have a coffee. Highly recommend."
