"Room showed spa. But didn’t work. Apparently just a “bath”. Certainly not worth the extra $$. Very deceitful."

"Hotel is in a good position and it’s great having the restaurant downstairs. Staff very pleasant and helpful. I had a balconey room which had a good view of the harbour."

"The carpet was stained, The TV was hard to work. There is not enough power points and I did not realise that the fridge was not plugged in anywhere. The front office staff were the only ones I saw and they were excellent."
