Nothing seriously wrong, but an ice cube tray in the freezer could be helpful, but from what I observed, most guests seemed to be there on business, and probably don't drink much alcohol. Maybe some salt and pepper sachets with the tea and coffee. Loved the fresh milk supplied.”

“우선 서비스에서 대만족. 호텔스닷컴에는 체크인이 24시간이라고만 나와있는데, 다른 사이트들에는 14시로 나와있어서, 혹시 몰라서 얼리체크인 요청을 했는데 꽤 이른 시간이였는데도 별도금액없이 받아줬고, 직원들도 정말 친절했습니다. 호텔도 생긴지 얼마 안되어서 그런지 깨끗하고 정말 편했구요. 브리즈번 외곽임에도 불구하고 호텔바로옆에 크게 마트랑 쇼핑몰이 이어져있고, 건너편에 7-11도 있어서 불편함은 없었습니다. 기회가 되면 다시 가고싶어요.”

“I booked the cheapest room for one night and, as expected, it was very small. However, it was also immaculately clean, and the bed was very comfortable. As I was only planning to sleep there overnight, it was fine, but I wouldn't recommend it for long stays. I also don't know if the hot water would hold out long enough for 2 people to shower. Overall, there are only 2 issues I had. 1st was the shower - someone with long hair would struggle to wash out shampoo/conditioner with the low pressure....

“When checked in, room was on 1st Fl where elevater does not reach but had to walk up over 20 stiff stairs carrying 7 luggages by hands. Paying $100 for surcharge to upgrade room to 2nd fl for 4 nights, stayed there for 1 night . Everything was shoking. Room was too tidy like 15 m2 and the window was completely blocked by blue painted wall and the ceiling was also covered by some material . Nothing could be viewed from the room except concrete wall. It is just a large match box. How could...
