"Oh boy, what to say? The owner is very, very nice, and the place is right at the seafront, close to nice restaurants and the main sights in the city (it's a tiny city, though). However, it was very difficult to find, since it doesn't have a sign (is it a legal hospitality accommodation?), the public spaces are filthy and the private rooms, though reasonably clean, worn and in desperate need of renovation. "I stayed at the Domus Hotel in Bat Galim, Haifa for over a month, and it was a fantastic experience that truly justifies all the great reviews it gets. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly situated right by the Mediterranean Sea, offering breathtaking views. The proximity to the water made the location simply amazing. I stayed in a studio room, which was perfect in every way—clean and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, though not expansive, making it a perfect start to my day. The staff at Domus Hotel are super friendly and truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Special thanks to: Alla - the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly, Mohadi - always super helpful, Ira and Lylia - from housekeeping, who ensured the rooms were spotless, Jacob and Adrey - from maintenance, who kept everything in top condition, and Oren - who was fantastic in extending my stay by ten days. The surrounding neighborhood is super walkable with many great coffee shops, restaurants, and a nearby supermarket. Being part of Haifa, the hotel is close to everything, including the Haifa German Colony area and downtown Haifa, which have fantastic restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops.
