The room was beautifully furnished, huge by Japanese standards, and incredibly clean. The front desk staff were so kind and helpful!

Gorgeous view. Was able to catch the sunrise behind the mountain and angel Road which was beautiful. The room has all the basic necessities (towels, coffee makers, bowls, cups and utensils) and has black out curtains for comfortable sleep. The description said there is a washer but come to find out it’s a washer and dryer in one! So helpful when traveling with younger kids. You will need a rental car or book a site seeing cab. You can walk down the hill to the mega super market in about 15mins...

Shin was an amazing host. We enjoyed our stay and use of his e-bikes to ride around the town/coast made for a great experience.

The service was extremely good and the staff were very nice. I would recommend this place to anybody.

The staff was helpful and kind right as we entered the lobby. When for a recommendations for dinner they not only made reservations on our behalf, they wanted to make sure we got there and went out of their way to give us a photo of the place and drew a detailed map for us. The onsen was wonderfull. They had everything one could wish for. 3 bathes: outdoorish, indoor hot and indoor cold. They had all the creams and soaps one could need. The free ice cream at the end of the onsen was the cherry...

A unique Japanese Onsen retreat experience. Hidden away in the mountains. Very patient and attentive staff. Amazing dinner and breakfast. Huge Onsen and great shiatsu masseur. Definitely revived!

Lobby staff was so efficient to prepare all the key cards in advance in the individual envelope. It is wonderful and the luggage’s that we deposited for the one day trip were set into the room when we come back. Well done.

Had an enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth with the kiosks and staff was available if I needed any assistance. Loved the public bath and the amenities. Everything was clean and service was great. Was never disturbed and any service was done quickly! Highly recommend! I would definitely consider continuing staying at a Dormy property in any future trips to Japan
