“Everything was nice. Plenty of space to hangout near the pool whenever you want. The restaurant for breakfast is small, so you have to make a reservation before you go or wait in a long line. We had a good time at the resort overall.”

“Hotel n pool were excellent I did not like the hidden fee of the parking of the car fee of $55 a day very upsetting. N the $49 a day fee for essentials . Would not come back to this hotel n Sad that Expedia didn’t mention those fees either.”

“Went for our honeymoon and the Whaler didn’t disappoint. The room was clean and set up pretty well. The communication and follow up was the best I’ve experienced, we wanted to experience a bunch of local spots and the staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location is perfect. Very centralized to snorkeling, pool, or the ocean. A bunch of good food in walking distance and even some others for a short drive. Was able to whale watch from the room and a short walk to black rock we seen dolphins....

“웨스틴 오션빌라 리조트는 오너쉽 위주라 항상 방이 예약 되는 편이라 저희가 체크인 했을 당시 방을 선택할 수 있는 초이스가 없었습니다. (뷰, 층수, etc.) 스위트룸에 묶었는데 굉장히 넓고 깨끗하고 부엌이 매우 유용했습니다. 하지만 1층에다가 courtyard를 보고있는 쪽이라 그런지 수풀이 많아 벌레가 많이있었고, 키친 쪽에 바퀴벌레 문제가 있어 고생했습니다. 그렇지만 스태프들이 매우 친절하고 신속하게 처리하도록 도와주었습니다. 그리고 리조트 fee가 따로 붙지않아 좋았습니다.”

“직원들이 친절해서 좋았습니다. 주변에 쇼핑센터도 가까워서 좋았습니다. 가족이 함께 가서 조용히 즐기다 오기에는 좋은 것 같습니다. 호텔 내 식당이 좀 아쉬웠지만 부엌 시설을 이용할 수 있어서 그 아쉬움을 대신할 수 있었습니다. ”

“Pros: The unit! Cable TV like CNBC & Bloomberg, ice machine, pool noodles/snorkel gear, cantenes for day trips, high end kitchen applances and supplies, good mattress. Cons: Undisclosed fees I was asked to pay upon checkin even when I messaged hotel/mgmt/owner? on Expedia platform weeks before to doublecheck and was told no additional $! It should clearly state "pay at property $xx amount" like my other expedia bookings. Expedia resolved it after escalation.”

“There is no way we should have been charged for a "rollaway bed" ($39 per night). The rollaway bed was only supposed to accommodate those under 70 lbs. I don't know many adults under 70 lbs. The property was listed as sleeping 8, it only slept 6 comfortably. Lots of extra charges made our stay less than affordable. Very disappointed with the amount of money we spent vs. what we got for that price.”
