โDidnโt like the property. There were lot if mosquitoes in the room. Didnt get proper sleep. Paid for the breakfast didnโt get any breakfast as employee said its not included. Overall not satisfied with the service. โ
โExcellent stay at the newly opened mid range Esquire Hotel while attending a Conference. Front desk staff especially Mr Ramesh very helpful . Complimentary WiFi Tea & coffee / water/ large screen TV in room . Mattress and pillows comfortable / room cleaned daily . Lift works well. Restaurant serves tasty food . Menu bit pricey . Would recommend to friends needing to stay near BKC . โ
โAs mentioned by others the hotel was very clean and the staff were exceptional. The rooms were of good size, beds were comfortable and Ac was working well. As this was our first stay, we got complimentary airport pickup, they were very kind to give us fresh fruits , biscuits and the soft drinks in the mini fridge were also complimentary.. there were lots of free water bottles and all this was much appreciated. We really felt that we were well taken care of.
