Sam's Town Hotel & Casino, Shreveport
We did not receive any room cleaning, had to request for clean towels all day Saturday. Checked in on Thursday, checked out Sunday, elevated prices for Conference that weekend. Never again!!

The property is older which is fine, but in need of a deep cleaning and maintenance. Housekeeping does NOT have a schedule to clean rooms during visit.
