"I accidentally booked the wrong room type that unfortunatelly had no easy wheelchair access hotel staff warned me about it saying that to get into t6e bathroom requires a bit of walkinwith a step over a small threshold. I thought I can handle an we checked in walking into the bathroom wasn’t that big of an issue but neither the shower or the toilet had grab bars which made using these facilities very challenging for me. It’s totally my fault fit not investigating it more before accepting the rom.otherwize it is a great hotel and the rooms are spacious andwell appointed with a very comfortable bed.we stayed at this hotel multiple times before and had a properly equipped wheelchair accessible room. I eould recommend this hotel to other as it is actually very nice and I will book to stay there again in the future."

"This is our 2nd time staying here, this time for our wedding anniversary. Everyone is so happy & helpful. Nothing is ever too hard. Everywhere you go is spotless, the breakfast & food overall is great and the pool bar is always so much fun. A special mention for Moe she is absolutely wonderful, the most hard working, helpful lady whose energy is contagious and motivates other staff. She has a gift with people & always brings a smile to our face. We recommend to stay here."

"Diamond cliff resort and spa is a high quality resort. The rooms are nice, the food is tasty and the pool areas are relaxing. It is a few minutes walk up a hill from Patong Beach- so if you want to be away from the hustle, but still get to the main strip you can easily. Note- there are a lot of stairs at the resort and your room may not be located close to the complementary shuttle"

"Exceptional Stay at Marriott Merlin Beach Phuket Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Marriott Merlin Beach Phuket! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their warmth and attentiveness made us feel right at home. We were particularly touched by the thoughtful touches for families — our children loved the extra gowns, slippers, bath bombs, and kids’ activity bags provided specially for them. It’s those small, genuine gestures that make such a big difference. The food selection was excellent, offering a wide range of delicious options. We did encounter a small hiccup when a halal-labelled item was initially cooked on the same surface as pork, but the way the team handled it truly stood out. Rather than dismissing the concern, they took it seriously, addressed it immediately, and ensured all future dishes were prepared separately. They were problem-solving focused, sincerely apologetic, and even offered thoughtful little extras to make up for the oversight — a gesture we deeply appreciated. We also loved the amazing Halloween celebrations, which were full of creativity, festive energy, and wonderful themed treats — a highlight for both kids and adults! The resort’s coral beach is absolutely beautiful, especially for those who enjoy snorkeling or exploring marine life. While it’s not ideal for swimming due to the coral, it’s still a lovely and unique feature that adds to the resort’s charm."
