“Great hospitality from everyone at the resort. Very respectful and courteous. The rooms were clean and all working amenities. The resort atmosphere is great, lots of greeneries that provide calm and cool atmosphere. They have a restaurant at the site with great food. Dont' forget to taste the breakfast special, khaw mani kai (steamed rice topped with chicken)! They also helped us with getting great deals on some of tourist attractions - the resort works with other travel agency and get discount...

“This is the best spot to stay if you want to explore old town and only want to walk. This location is right next to the night market and right in the heart of all the excitement. The self check in and self checkout is simple and the ladies in the store front are very helpful if you should need anything. If you are looking for a beautiful place in a prime location I would highly recommend this place especially for the price point.”

“4인가족 2025 송크란때 방문 두 자녀 작은 물총도 챙겨주고 직원들이 도로에서 함께 물총싸움도 해주고 전통스러운 꽃 목걸이까지 받아왔네요 친절함과 (비교적신축급이라)청결함이 많이 기억에 남아요 다음에 푸켓타운 간다면 아르코호텔로 다시 갈듯 조식은 추가주문해도 별도 비용 없었습니다. 그리고 수영장은 성인전용이라고 되어 있지만 성인과 함께 들어가면 딱히 제재하지는 않았어요 수영장 깊이가 1.3m정도라 초등학생에게는 깊어서 그런듯 ”

“The location is excellent for Old Phuket Town. The staff are excellent and the accomadations were superb. The only thing I would add, is to be sure to be aware of the 1 to 2 flights of stairs. They can be difficult with bags.”

“Zeker schone kamers, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Wat ik minder vond was het ontbijt, deze mag meer variatie hebben, kaas bijvoorbeeld helemaal niet, jammer want kaas is wel in heel veel landen wat hoort bij een ontbijt. ”
