"The room was clean modern and very comfortable. The hosts were fabulous and very welcoming. Nothing was a trouble to them."

"The best thing about the hotel was breakfast, big variety of food and all tasty. Other than that there are things to improve, for example the cleanliness. There were easily visible places that weren’t cleaned for weeks as you could see the buildup of dust. Also there are no tea/coffee facilities in the room which I found very weird because this is not something luxurious, many hotels have it and it’s considered standard. I asked at the reception for a kettle and fortunately they had. The walls are thin as you can hear your neighbours."

Worth the mention: - Swimming pool is nice and warm (it was quiet at the night) - Hotel is not in close proximity to the town centre (20 mins walk) in which its fine when the weather is ok. The hotel is ranked 4 stars and it felt like it. Unlike many hotels in Romania were is clasaified as 4 stars yet it would feel below that. "

"Rude Staff and Horrible Experience - False Advertising I booked a superior double room that was explicitly advertised as including breakfast, a balcony, parking, and a mini-bar. The reality was completely different. Upon arrival, there was no parking available. Worse, we were given a tiny attic room with no balcony—a far cry from the "superior" room we paid extra for. The room was so small and poorly designed that we had to bend and walk to not hit our heads on the sloped ceiling. When we tried to go back to reception to resolve the issue, the desk was completely unattended for the entire evening. The next morning at checkout, the woman at the front desk was incredibly rude and dismissive. She told me that a balcony had to be requested via private message, as if it were an optional extra and not a standard feature of the room I had already booked and paid for. This is blatant false advertising and very disappointing."
