The best thing of the hotel is the staff. They were friendly, accomodating and helpful. Other than that, the hotel is poorly maintained. The bathroom is a disaster. Pool is dirty as well. 24hr makan spot just opposite . Bit disappointed that the room was only ready at 5pm though checkin is from 3pm. And this was not communicated by the staff beforehand thougg we had messaged them a day before
