"This hotel could be wonderful but in our opinion it was let down by some of its staff.
The hotel was absolutely full of Germans. I have no problem with other nationalities, however being Canadian/English our first language IS NOT GERMAN. Even my ability to say please, thank you etc. in Turkish was lost on many. We were often ignored at the bar in favour of a German arriving after us. Note to the Hotel... in this current travel climate I don't think "putting all your eggs in one basket" is a...

"I enjoyed my stay at this comfortable, clean and well appointed hotel that I extended my stay for another three nights. There was always a good range of food and drink on offer and the staff friendly and professional. Special mention must go to Tilbe at Reception, she was ever friendly and helpful!"
