"What a gem in the middle of the Medina. The rooftop bar and restaurant are stupendous and the service was super amazing. Moreover, I loved the local design and feel of the hotel "

"The rooms were so beautiful - we stayed in Bibi and it was divine, from the oval white plaster ceiling with Arabic calligraphy, to the en suite bathroom. The breakfast was fantastic with great variety and the staff was really nice. "
"Just like our stay in May earlier this year, our stay in July was also very pleasant. The staff was courteous, the room was well-cleaned, and overall we had a wonderful experience. Additionally, there are restaurants and cafes nearby, making it very convenient."

"I had a lovely stay at Hotel Suisse! The staff especially were so lovely and helpful and the location was very convenient. I would definitely recommend!"
"Some of the rooms have no AC and Tunis is very hot. The staff got confused prepayment with hotels.com and they charged me 50 TND more because the room was extended prepaid but they dont see it."
"We stayed in Tunis for three nights and absolutely loved this beautiful, historic hotel. It was clean, comfortable, and felt very safe. I was specifically looking for a traditional dar experience, and this place was perfect! The hotel staff was friendly and easy to communicate with.
Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, and the room stayed quiet at night, which made for a great sleep. Breakfast was included and was quite good with a variety of pastries, cheeses, eggs yogurt and dried fruit and granola. I also booked a hammam spa experience on our last day—it was very enjoyable and something I’d recommend. You need to book 24 hours in advance. Leave plenty of time for the experience which includes a 30 or 45 min massage, plus hammam and gommage.
We also dined at the hotel restaurant one night, which served a delicious and generous meal. The price was a little higher but it was very convenient for our dinner after a long day of touring.
The hotel is located in the old Medina, so you’ll be dropped off by taxi at a nearby square, and from there it’s just a short walk (less than five minutes) to the entrance. It’s also within walking distance of a lively area where it’s easy to catch a taxi and explore the city’s sights. We booked a day tour through Viator and the guide met us at the hotel.

"The home itself is large, secure, and suitable for many types of families, including children if the playhouse in the courtyard becomes accessible. There are some mosquitoes but this is the climate in Tunis. This home has many antiquities which I enjoyed. The area around the home is walkable with the main avenue Habib Bourghiba being only 25-30 minutes walk away. From there, many taxis await which are reasonably priced. The neighborhood around the home is a bit less pristine but mainly because most shops were closed due to Ramadan celebrations. The booking management was very responsive and ensured a welcome stay. Thank you Indigo!! "
