The rooms are super tiny. No space to put the luggage. No tissue, no trash can in the room, only the little bin in the bathroom. The corridors are without the air conditioner, so it is very hot and stuffy when one has to walk to their room. The breakfast offers the same menu every day, the server woyld wipe the floor and then without washing hands would attend to the food. Very untisanitary.

The hotel was in a great location which made exploring Tunis easy. I appreciated that it is a historical hotel that was a British embassy for over 350 years. The decore is unique Neo Moorish. The staff were helpful and my room was clean and comfortable.

メディナ観光するには立地は文句のつけようがないくらい良い。 部屋は少し狭いけど冷房、冷蔵庫、トイレ、シャワーなど問題ないから過ごすには快適。ただし、Wi-Fiのスピードは遅め。湯沸かし器があれば良かった。 朝食はコメントを色々と見ていると期待値が高かったが、実際はそこまででした。

Et helt fantastisk hotell, med utrolig flotte mennesker! Vi er utrolig takknemlig for vårt opphold her. Hotellet oppleves som raust, autentisk og i stil med tunisisk kultur identitet. Etter vestlig standard kan nok renholdet oppfattes som noe fravikende. Det er likevel svært viktig å huske på at som turist er man gjest i et fremmed land, med en helt annen kultur. Hotellet var helt fritt for insekt, og jeg kan garantere at så lenge man er hyggelig og respektfull, kan man etterspørre det aller meste av service. Tunisia er et magisk land, med en enormt flott kultur. Det er annerledes, men like fullt rikt av liv og inntrykk. Jeg kommer alltid til å velge dette hotellet ved besøk til Tunis. Ikke på grunn av pris eller beliggenhet, men på grunn av menneskene og historien som lever videre i hotellet. Tusen takk for en magisk reise i en av de vakreste og mest sjarmerende byene jeg noen sinne har fått besøke, og oppleve! Virkelig et mekka for reisene som ønsker autentiske reiser og opplevelser☺️

It was an ok stay, though it is a very central location. Noise wasnt that bad. Housekeepers are excellent and front desk commendable though F&B was efficient, was not good at customer service. Food on menu was average and breakfast buffet the same. It would have been excellent in its hay day but now run down. A little pricy for what you get.

This hotel is very quirky, the decor is over the top. I loved the location right next to the Medina and souk. Staff was very accommodating. Breakfast is included. Good air-conditioning. Very good value for the money.

sur le site web j'avais vu terrasse sur le toit. Il n'y en avait pas. Le restaurent est bien mais très dispendieux. La salle de bain était à rénover. La vitre de la douche pour empêcher l'eau était brisée.

Excellent quirky property. location is perfect with easy access to medina as well as the other tourist areas. Slightly difficult to get to as it is in the very centre. the room was amazing with great decor. AC didnt work well so was a bit hot.

My receptionist, upon checking in, asked me if he could join me in my room, as a solo female traveller, I've never felt so unsafe upon my first foray into the country. I barely slept and left as soon as I could the next day. When checking out, they tried to double charge me. Breakfast was mid at best - be on your guard here.
