"King size bed was super comfy, breakfast was more than adequate for a continental, the raspberry pastries were divine!!
Quite a walk to the centre of Canterbury, doesn't seem too bad if you want the bus station end, but Westgate is quite a trek.
Staff very helpful and accommodating with our luggage on check out day. "

"I rented a private room for myself. This meant I had four bunk beds and an en-suite to myself for £40. It was very clean and actually quite quiet and the check-in was super easy and friendly. A much better deal than similarly priced hotels I think. Thanks!"

"Pros: conveniently located, good breakfast, hot water with good pressure, mini fridge for drinks or meals.
Cons: smaller bed than reserved, no phone in rooms for service support, the employee who checked us in was short (almost rude), difficult elevator operation to ground floor, "

"Lovely hotel and a great room. A bit different compared to hotel chains. All staff friendly and helpful. Parking in hotel grounds a bonus for the area.
Breakfast very good. Only criticism is I’d have preferred a wider breakfast menu. "
"The toilet didn't flush enough but I filled the wastebasket tubs with water to pour down it and it flushed. I noticed in several cities there's alot of that going on. The bed was comfy, I slept well and enfoyed my meals and friendly staff! "
"This is one of the best value for money rooms in canterbury. We had a free breakfast included which was superb. You get a free visit to the cathedral included, which would otherwise be £20 per person. The location is perfect and you have a lovely view of the cathedral from the lodge. "
