The staff were welcoming and friendly when we checked in. The staff were knowledgeable and able to give us directions to the sites we were interested in visiting. The room was clean. It was nice to start the day with the buffet breakfast.

Property is in an commercial area of the hwy from Milan . Easy to find . Public transportation to the city is 5 minutes away and 10 euro by cab. Parking is free and pkenty . Rooms are modern and staff very welcoming and helpful

It was a great place to stay. Not in city center but a easy taxi ride into the city. Staff was wonderful! Front desk arranged all our taxi requests. Nice parking area in front of hotel. Good buffet breakfast, a variety of foods and beverages.

Good hotel in Siera

New clean building and enough parking space are quite good condition in Siera. And distance to city area is also attractive point. recommend it.

The location was a short distance to town but not walkable due to the right roadways. We took cabs to all of our destinations after an uphill walk to our first destination (Siena is built on top of the hill). The staff was very friendly and helpful in suggesting wineries to tour. The only downside was the room and bathroom size. To sit on the toilet the shower doors needed to be opened up and there was no space in the main room to sit even tho there were 2 chairs provided.

Great place, convenient located to visit Siena, super friendly staff Cosima greeted at us the front deck with such a welcoming smile, it made our stay so much better, she even offered us a best western rewards card to accumulate points, also great breakfast selection! Must stay

The property was well positioned if you had a car to get to and from the main part of Siena. It would be quite a walk if you didn't. Overall, the location was exactly what we expected and was a clean and safe place to stay.
