Piacevole soggiorno e accoglienza super

Il soggiorno a Casa di Alfredo è stato un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Alfredo è un ragazzo delizioso, che si prende cura dei clienti con gentilezza e premura, e questo già ben dispone gli avventori a una permanenza confortevole. la stanza era ampia, luminosa e pulita, e gli spazi in comune, la cucina e il bagno, ben tenuti e sfruttabili al massimo. Tornerò senz'altro.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Camera elegante, spaziosa, funzionale nel mobilio, fresca, con vista sui colli e con il soffitto affrescato. A due passi dal centro, perfetta per visitare la città. Pulizia ottima, staff ospitale e cortese. Dopo la prima notte ci hanno proposto di cambiare camera per stare più in tranquillità con il nostro cane. Nei servizi è compreso l'uso di una cucina con tutto il necessario. È stato un soggiorno indimenticabile, ci torneremo.

Wonderful location. Manager was not very friendly

The best part of the rental was the location. It was perfectly situated just outside of the city wall and close enough to the train station to walk with my bag. When I arrived I was greeted with a gruff manager who seemed only mildly interested that I had arrived. She started the paperwork for my rental and then told me how much I owed on the room. When I indicated that I had paid in advance she flatly denied it. No, no, no and tried to prove that to me be showing me her computer screen. As it turned out she was not even aware of my arrival and I guess the presumed that I had just arrived without a reservation. After some stressful moments, she began a search while criticizing Expedia - not VRBO -about the difficulty in getting reservations processed. I was not aware that Expedia was involved in the rental process. The room was nice and was exactly like in the photos. I only had time to stay one night over the weekend and was hoping to have a place to keep my bag during the day on Sunday so that I could explore Siena with hauling my suitcase. The manager was hostile about me leaving directly at 10 and only after pleading she said that I could keep my bag outside the main entrance until 1;00 but not any later. She had work to do and could not be troubled with opening the door after 1. So instead of having a full day in Siena I had to return at one in the afternoon for my bags which greatly limited the sight seeing I could do on Sunday before I left in the evening. It was greatly disappointing. My overall perception was that she was not that interested in having guests stay at Alfredo's casa.

La recensione e si riferisce al soggiorno fatto in agosto 2016...purtroppo la proprietaria non ha ritenuto valida la prenotazione,per il soggiorno del 28/04/2018,nonostante la conferma via email di expedia con scritto "la sua camera e prenotata non serve chiamare la struttura".....la signora dice che per avere la camera serve la carta di credito come garanzia ma no è quello che dice expedia, dovrebbero mettersi d' accordo per fornire un servizio corretto, e non fare i pasticcioni inresponsabili....

Very well placed location and nice room. We’ve been there with two kids and had a room with three separated bedroom which were all clean and nice. The breakfast is fully handmade. I really recommend this place if you have to stp by Siena.

Davvero grazioso

La struttura è davvero molto graziosa e la posizione ottima. E' vicinissima alle scale mobili da cui è facilissimo raggiungere la stazione e a porta Camollia dalla quale sia accede al centro storico con una bella passeggiata. Il personale è davvero gentile, sono stati davvero tutti molto accorti e disponibili, molto premurosi e attenti. Le colazioni sono abbondanti e le torte fatte in casa danno quel tocco in più. La camera è spaziosa e luminosa. Davvero contenta di aver scelto questa struttura. E' risultata davvero comoda e ci ha permesso di godere a pieno del nostro splendido soggiorno tra i tesori della bellissima Siena, sempre incantevole.

Nous sommes restés une nuit, la chambre est à 200m de l'hôtel et du petit déjeuner, par contre très propre et bien agencée, le lit parfait, seul bémol la salle de bain eSt commune pour 3 chambres, on a eu la chance d'être en décalé des autres, parce que 6 personnes à vouloir aller au Watter oû se doucher en même temps, cela pose un problème. Le petit déjeuner était parfait. L'accueil a été un peu dur car le jeune homme ne parlait pas un mot de Français, sinon je le recommande, pour un court séjour. D'ailleurs mes notes le prouvent

Good location but be aware of the bedbugs

The hotel is close to the railway station and about 15 minutes walk from the city center. The room and the shared bathroom are quite basic given the price. Be watchful for bedbugs! We were bitten and I even saw one crawling on my pillow. Breakfast is good for people who like it sweet but we missed savoury options. The hosts are not so welcoming.. Sometimes we almost felt like we were a nuisance
