It was was one night stay. We arrived earlier than the check in time and because the room was clean they allowed us to access our room early. The day we were checking out they kept our luggage for us until we left in the early afternoon. We also appreciated all the suggestions and the hi-lited map on places to see and eat. Grazzi

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Ada gave us great dinner suggestions. Only suggestion is to offer softer pillows or maybe this is common in Italy. Wish I could still have the pistachio croissant from down the street. Siena is a gem!

What a wondeful location! And even better is the owner Massimo and the cheerful smart helpful Ada! She directed us to various sites, gave us dinner advice, and even helped with train and bus tickets. The room was lovely and amenities nice as well. I highly recommend both this property and a trip to amazing Siena.

Lovely stay in the heart of Siena

The room was small but very beautiful, with a recently found fresco uncovered on the wall. Very clean, tidy and well appointed. Ada from the front desk was very friendly, kind and helpful and made a dinner reservation for us at an excellent restaurant off the beaten path.

The room was so beautifully decorated, the bathroom was really nice with lots of room! We were located in a perfect location!! I highly recommend staying here!! This is parking near the property. We had to park and drag our bags for 400 meters. The rooms are nice abd well furnished. The bathroom is nice with large shower. Close to everything

This is truly a boutique style hotel. We got very lucky to have booked this. Location was in central Siena which was a huge bonus. The rooms were stunning with hundreds of year old frescoes on the ceiling. The interior was furnished beautifully, the mattress was extremely comfortable and cleanliness was obvious. Massimo and Ada are THE BEST HOSTS

Great property in center of the city, if you have a hard time walking this city is not for you, have to park outside the city and haul bags to and from the hotel, other than that the staff was great and the city is going back in time. Also call ahead to give time of arrival.

This is a fabulous BNB! Ada was in constant communication with us to ensure our arrival went as planned. Massimo gave us history of our room which was exactly as pictured. Restorations uncovered under many layers beautiful frescos. The bathroom addition was brightly lit, the shower was large and lots of water pressure. Another plus was the air conditioning that allowed you to control the temp! The bed was so comfortable and sheets were of best quality. Ada was incredible hostess who made dinner suggestions and reservations as well as pointed out specific Siena sites that should not be missed! Cabs in Siena are not easy to get but she handled that for our departure as well. On our trip we visited Rome, Florence and Siena with Siena being our favorite. True Italian charm, excellent shopping and our wonderful BNB the cherry on top!!

This is a fantastic place!! The location is perfect…. the room amazing and the proprietors Massimo and his son Andrea as well as their assistant Ada were all charming, welcoming and had lots of great dining recommendations!! We will definitely stay here again when bsck in Siena but will ask for the deluxe suite which is even more incredible and just a little more expensive!! Total thumbs up for this property! Best of our trip to Italy thus far!

Best stay in Siena

Ada and Massimo made our stay in Siena such a wonderful experience. The room was amazing, bringing the history of the building together with modern amenities perfectly. The location couldn't have been better. Ada greeted us upon arrival and gave some great recommendations for restaurants and things to see. Massimo was able to help us get a taxi early in the morning. In all, this is a beautiful B & B run by people that truly love their comune and love sharing it with visitors.

The propety is in the heart of Siena. You can walk to all the major points of interest. We also were close enough to walk to the Piazza Geamsci to catch a bus to Florence. In addition, the room was truly a piece of art with frescoes. The bed is so comfortable, like a sleeping pill. The shower has excellent water pressure and hot water. The room heats with radiant heat, nice on your feet. Both Ada and Massimo are genuine and helpful. Ada gave us great dining suggestions as well. We spent two nights, if i did it again i would have stayed longer and day tripped to other places. I would choose this place again for sure.

Ada went above and beyond as a hosted, suggesting places to eat and visit, carrying bags to the room and even helping with the taxi to the train station, by accompanying us to the taxi stand arranging the taxi and waiting to It had arrived. The room itself had a very modern vibe in an old building. The floor had been divided up in to 4 bedrooms which meant there was noise from the other rooms occasionally.
