"An extremely warm welcome at the hotel with great support to park the car using the hotel parking. This was very secure, convenient and good value compared to local car parks. The hotel staff offer a friendly and personal service doing everything they can to give you a great stay. The room was as booked, very clean and the location was perfect for seeing the sights on foot. "

"staff were very courteous and happy to help with any and all requests. The hotel is quite charming and scenic, which I loved about it. only downside was, i think the heat in my room wasn’t working. but i was too lazy to ask about it; im sure they would have either fixed it or changed my room. The location was probably one of my favorite things about the hotel. It’s really in the heart of the city and in my opinion the location can’t be beat. I didn’t get a chance to check out the amenities such a spa and I didn’t get to try out their breakfast either but I did swing by the piano bar and it was cute. Overall I am super thrilled with my stay here and for somebody visiting Seville and Spain for the first time this hotel was perfect. they even upgraded my room for free at the time of check-in to put me into the main hotel which I was super appreciative of. Also most of the staff actually spoke Spanish very well so communication was very simple. In short I highly recommend I would give this place like a nine out of 10"

"El hotel muy limpio y moderno y el staff muy amable y servicial. Llegamos antes de la hora del check-in y muy amablemente nos guardaron nuestro equipaje. La habitación espaciosa e impecable. Adicional, nos regalaron una botella de Cava ❤️ También nos asistieron a coordinar la transportación hacia el aeropuerto. Definitivamente cuando regresemos a Sevilla, nos volveremos a hospedar en este hotel. "
