“Pros first: great location, steps to the beach. Nice and clean rooms. Cons: Terrible check in. There is no open reception after 5pm and the communication with the number provided is a ghost. I could check in via text message just because another guest gave me the number. Worst nightmare ever. It was 2 housekeepers really helpful but they couldn’t do much. Amenities only the pool that was clean and well maintained. But I didn’t see any management staff in my entire stay.”

“We booked a two-night stay at Siesta Palm Resort. On our first night, we found the pull-out sofa bed was in very poor condition. The mattress was so worn that you could feel the metal frame underneath, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. The next morning, we asked to be moved to a room with two queen beds, but were told all rooms have the same setup: one queen bed and one pull-out sofa bed. “We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the beach was just a short distance away. The area was quiet and peaceful, with plenty of restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place!”
