Location is really good, it’s a konbini on the first floor 24/7 very convenient,staff very helpful

Walkable to the shopping streets, convenience stores nearby. Only two elevators for 18 floors, expect long waiting times. Also, the bathroom always smelled like sewage. Besides that, the stay was ok.

Hotel was clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also great with direct subway access and many bus options right outside. I stayed for the second time in Room 2601, but two reported room faults weren’t rectified from my last stay. 1. Cabinet hinge for the in-room fridge is almost falling apart. 2. Bathroom glass door scrapes the floor tile whenever opening/closing, raising safety risk. I hope this would be looked into as soon as possible. Hotel staff Ms Joy was exceptionally great in her service. She was patient and it was really nice of her to provide early check-in when I arrived very early.
