Loved this hotel! Even was very friendly and attentive. Food at the restaurant was excellent. We used their laundry service which was awesome. It’s within walking distance to many restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location since we needed a place last min for our early A.M flight. Loved everything about this place! Went to the spa and booked a massage with Mayra, she did an amazing job felt very relaxed after. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking into booking.

I gave an overall of 3 stars. The hotel itself is very nice, 5 star-like. Unfortunately, they were doing work in the street when we were there and so we didn’t have TV for one night. The surrounding area is bad. The hotel is right off the main highway, so the air quality isn’t great, and we saw two big bugs crawling around in the lobby and a pincher bug on the dining table. The staff were really nice, except the hostess Lucero was a bit in her own little world. It’s built like a 5 star hotel but I’m not sure they know how to maintain it like a 5 star hotel. One last plus, it’s pretty close to the airport.

The hotel itself was beautiful, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They had at least one front desk person that spoke English, which was a plus for us. Our room was great, very comfy beds. The food was “okay”. The only nitpicks were the noisy road outside and the shower went from scalding to barely drizzling cold water. We had one snafu when we arrived late for check-in — even though it was 60° F outside, our room was like 85° and the air conditioner was broke. They sent someone up to verify it was broken, and at first said they had no available rooms to move us to. However, a few minutes later they found one available, and thankfully, the A/C worked adequately in that one. Overall, it was a very pretty hotel, but I think the beauty was only skin-deep on this one because they had it running on a skeleton crew. Will probably try someplace else if there is a next time.
