"My stay at HS HOTSSON Hotel León was honestly amazing. From the moment we arrived, everyone made us feel welcome, from the valet parking team to the cleaning staff. You can really feel that they care. Sandra at the front desk was incredibly kind and helpful. She made sure we had everything we needed and always took the time to check in on us, which meant a lot. It was also so nice seeing Ulises, the restaurant manager. Every time we ate at the restaurant, the service was fast, the place was always clean, and the staff genuinely cared about making sure guests were happy. One of my favorite parts of the stay was the spa. I was able to treat my mom and myself, and it was such a special and relaxing experience for both of us. The location of the hotel is another big plus, very safe and perfectly located, close to everything. I truly enjoyed my stay and felt very comfortable the entire time. I would absolutely come back to this hotel and recommend it without hesitation."
