Beautiful grounds, nice rooms, all clean and well stocked. Great restaurant other than it opens too late for breakfast. Will stay again. Only downside is very limited on English speakers.

Hidden gem

A hidden gem. Beautiful small hotel very close to the industrial area. Bedrooms are comfortable, outdoor area for a morning walk and great gym. Pretty good food

A brand-new stylish hotel. Beautiful design, great service and nice grounds. Also conveniently located near the Guanajuato airport, yet tucked away. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the airport.

We had stayed here before and enjoyed the lovely property and great restaurant. However this time the pool was very cloudy and water not very inviting. They also were not able to arrange transportation to the airport for us. Gave us a flyer on a town car rental. If you don't speak much Spanish, this is difficult to navigate.

Cuando quisimos usar la alberca había una familia grande jugando con pelota de lado a lado y no nos pudimos meter Le preguntamos a personal del hotel si lo permitía el reglamento y nos dijo q si y q no podía hacer nada A nuestra salida dijeron q podíamos haber usado otra alberca y la verdad nos molestó q no nos dijeran esa opción el día anterior Por eso no disfrutamos tanto nuestra experiencia

Nos dirigimos a ustedes con el fin de expresar nuestra inconformidad respecto a una experiencia desafortunada durante nuestra estancia en su hotel. El día 18 de abril 2025, intentamos hacer uso del gimnasio,servicio que entendemos esta incluido para los huéspedes, y se nos negó el acceso a las instalaciones, incluso después de haber informado que somos huéspedes registrados, quisimos hacer reservación en el SPA y por temporada alta entendimos no había citas disponibles hasta el día 19 a las 2:00pm Esta situación nos causó incomodidad y decepción, especialmente considerando que esperábamos disfrutar plenamente de los servicios ofrecidos como parte de nuestra experiencia. Además, al solicitar atención sobre el tema, no recibimos una solución ni una respuesta adecuada por parte del personal presente,después de insistir y acudir a la gerencia, nos informaron que se trató de un “malentendido”. Sin embargo, consideramos que esta respuesta es inaceptable, ya que en varias ocasiones aclaramos nuestra situación y aún así se nos negó el servicio. Esta experiencia no solo fue incómoda, sino que también refleja una grave falta de atención y profesionalismo por parte del hotel. Esperamos que puedan tomar acciones en el tema y sobre todo darse cuenta de la mala comunicación del área con los huéspedes y asegurarse de que situaciones similares no se repitan con otros huéspedes. Agradecemos que valoren el compromiso con la atención al cliente y el bienestar de quienes elegimos su hotel.

Al restaurente Raices el bufete no es muy agradable, aun les falta mejorar, la comida fria y el precio y la calidad, no coinciden ..por lo que optamos ir al restaurante de catrina Fuera de eso , excelente lugar y la alberca tiene agua caliente

La estancia una completa experiencia, el dos es lo mejor que tienen, en alimentos tienen sección vegetariana o alternativa, tienen buenos alimentos y es servicio rápido, el cuarto es amplio, buena distribución y la alberca tiene temperatura rica, nada frío ni muy caliente, el Mini bar tiene buenos productos, y muy buen surtidos

A magical environment. So serene and beautiful. The grounds are impeccably clean, trees and lawn manicured perfectly. The staff were extremely pleasant and attentive. Meals and drinks at the La Frida restaurant delicious! The room was lovely, and the bed was the most comfortable we have slept on. Wishing we could have stayed longer, however left us with a memory we will treasure 😊
