โWe are PARK KIDEOK family who stayed in room 821 for 4 days.
On the first day, there was an accident in which the laundry bag was lost due to an employee's mistake, and room cleaning was not done for one day.
We have complained to the hotel, and the manager in charge presented a compensation plan.
I had to check out early in the morning of the last day, so I left my contact information, but there was no contact, and I tried to contact again recently, but there was no answer from the manager...
โLove funky colors and art! Staff was very friendly!! I donโt know about this vip perk thing Expedia talked about but I think it was even better than staff was super friendly and made us welcome. Will stay here again definitely. Pool was deep and warm but not too warm. Bus to UNM/train/old town right outside hotel. Area outside was full of restaurants with great service. โ
โIt was clean, convenient to stay in the accommodation where I stayed during my family trip for the past week, the facilities were pleasant, and the Ajim meal was delicious. I'm willing to tie it back. โ
โJust stayed here to get rest in between traveling. This is one of the best hotels weโve stayed at. It was beautiful and unique. And it was very reasonably priced for a hotel like that. We stay at many hotels and this one was one of the best. Definitely different than the typical hotels we stay at. Plus staff was very friendly which is always a plus. โ
