Fantastic location right on the sea front and near to some lovely beaches and the old town with a great selection of restaurants and bars. Lovely clean apartment - perfect for some self catering (and virtually next to a mini market for supplies), roof top pool and sun loungers (quite shallow so good for families, not Olympic style - but there is the sea) - spacious seating areas in the foyer.

The Algar is central to all the local bars, shops and restaurants. The apartments are basic and would benefit from updating but clean and provide a good base. We always chose a balcony view which allows us to eat and drink as we like if we don’t want to eat out, and certainly makes up for any basic amenities. Staff are always friendly and have been there many years .
