"Hotel dated , recieved a coupon for breakfast and when asked where we get breakfast upon arrival we were told there is no breakfast provided only at the restaurant. Extremely noisy , children running up and down halls til 2 am, staff need to monitor for safety and security , children playing in the halls . Did not get.much sleep due to lack of other customers respect . Would not recommend "

"I was having a hard time breathing. Checked the Filters in the heat unit. Absolutely black. Dont worry i cleaned them so i could breathe. Stayed 2 nights with drunks in the hall til 2 am then babys screaming at 6 am. Was a nightmare. The pubes left in the shower were the icing on the cake"

"The room was good except for the toilet. The toilet handle that attaches to flush falls off and doesn't allow you to flush. Needs to be fixed but other than that everything was great"

"Cleanliness is a bit of a concern with this hotel. It felt like a 2 or 3 star hotel for sure. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly. There was security on every floor 24 hours a day. The pool were quite gross though. It was full of chlorine and the pool area was very dirty. One day there we were convinced there was poop all on the poll deck. We wouldn’t allow our kids to go in. "

"Staff was great! But I checked out immediately upon checking in. Due to the fact that the hotel was full of children from a weekend hockey tournament in town, who were being allowed to run amuck in the hotel. Running back and forth, playing hockey in every single hallway, yelling and screaming with parents looking on, parents were congregating in the hallways with chairs and having their own hangouts. Hotel staff was not doing anything to keep order, and hadn’t put anything in place to keep peace for other guests. They did offer, after my complaint to go shut this down, but seeing that I was evidently the only guest not from this group. I knew that would just cause more problems. This hotel should have been shut down to other guests during this time, as it seemed all the rooms were occupied by people from this nearby tournament. We checked out immediately as we had a long drive home the next day and needed a good nights sleep. Checked into a Hampton Inn that also had families from this tournament, but they had hired security to keep order and maintain peace for every other guest. It was so peaceful. Apparently, this is a yearly tournament that the entire town knows about. Days Inn needs to do better next time, put rules in place and prepare. And DO NOT BOOK TO ANYONE NOT ATTENDING THIS TOURNAMENT. "
