“My sister and I stayed to celebrate my birthday. The hotel was very nice, the property was clean, the staff was friendly and we enjoyed the location the hotel was and everything that was nearby by. We stayed for four days and we were not able to get our room cleaned which was really disappointing. I turned on the icon outside of the room signaling the cleaning staff that we needed our room cleaned and when I followed up as to why our room wasn’t cleaned, I was told that cleaning request needed...

“The view is great, the property seems a little old for a 5 star resort. I got the butler suite and sometimes they were unresponsive which defeated the purpose. Lastly I don’t understand how I was paying over 1k a night and I can’t watch Netflix or YouTube in my TV in 2026. It just blows my mind. This is 3.8 star at best and not a 5 star resort.”

“The front desk staff was excellent! Friendly, welcoming and helpful when we had questions. Our room had a great view and was even better than the pictures. We will definitely be back!”

“The room (1206) AC didnt go below 77 degrees. I called the front desk they said they would send someone , dont think any one came the AC wouldn't go lower the 4 days we were there. Also it is listed as a partial ocen view. You are on the bottom floor and Can Not see the ocean from the room at all. Room was clean but old. The staff was friendly.”

“So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired.”
