"We had booked two rooms for one night. Since we arrived early, I requested early check-in, but was informed it would be chargeable. The hotel was almost empty and the rooms were ready, yet the staff insisted on charging the full early check-in fee. I even requested that we be given just one room initially (and be charged for that), with the option to move into both rooms at the standard check-in time. This request was also declined. As a result, we were required to pay the early check-in charges for both rooms, which felt unnecessary given the availability. "

"Rooms were average. Upon our check in we found bugs on the pillow. Took pictures and showed to management . They were quick in moving us to another room . Breakfast was average , staff were good. Best part is that they arrange pundit’s for aarti and Darshan . Pundit comes to pick you up from the hotel. Stayed for 2 nights "

"Bed mattress worn out with spring being felt. Toilet bowl was apparently never cleaned properly. Room furniture was worn out. "
