โThe resturant at the Beach side is the best and all the guys working there are awesome. Canโt remember there names. But the hotel need more entertainment like party, music in the night and party by the beach. There is a lack of experience among the Reception staff. The service around the hotel at the beach side is very poor even Turkish coffee served only at one restaurant at mountain side.โ

The quality of food was good however I suggest different menu each days rather than fixed ones. The hotel provides access to private beach free with free towel and settings. Guys on reception were very welcoming when we checked in & our swim up room is huge, love it so much space although water is freezing.
Bed is massive & really comfy & grounds are immaculate.
Ramadan our room man keeps everything spotless.
Food is excellent at all the restaurants & waiters very friendly & attentive. Essam does the best eggs & bacon for breakfast.

โin fact, it was a wonderful vacation, the hotel was very nice and most of the staff were helpfully and funny,
the pools were clean and the aqua was wonderful. the food was good and tasty and variety, many thanks to Mr. Mohamed in the reception, the beach was amazing. the only bad point that the animation team don't have any activities โ
