Nice value hotel conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, parks, and attractions. The fourth floor rooms with balcony access were great especially in the late evenings while catching some nice mountain breezes. I would stay here again.

We have been given the privilege to change the room to accommodate my mother's inability to walk far, from 5th floor to the 1st floor. The room had also a terrace which had a front view and this made myself and my mum so happy that we really enjoyed the stay in that room. The beds were really cleaned and had a fresh smell. The staff was very polite, helpful and understanding. The bathroom had a small leak from the shower and we needed to dry the floor every time we showered. And the bathtoom door cannot be closed properly as it is a sliding door. But the most important is that we had a good night sleep, a lovely view and so many places to enjoy just outside the door πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘

Parking is challenging, but the location of this hotel is superb! The showers are in need of attention... took forever to figure out how to operate it, spraying water all over the place as many of the jets didn't work properly. Breakfast, however, was awesome... full buffet with lots of great choices!!!

This hotel does not have heat or hot water between 11:00 and 18:00. The Rooms smell bad, and the bed sheets are dirty. on the weekend, there is an awful noise coming from the restaurant downstairs until 1:00 am! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
