I continue to love the (included) breakfast. The Lucera (?) restaurant is a great option for lunch and dinner with reasonable prices for the quality and quantity of food. At this time of year at least, if you don't get a lake-view room, you get the sunrise on the other side! ”

“The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate. ”
