Stay at Equarius Hotel was one the best experiences our family had. The hospitality was out of this world. The room, staff, breakfast options were simply amazing. Everyone you meet has a smile and just makes your day. Proximity to all spots at Sentosa. Platinum star.

スタッフがとても親切、また設備もやや古いものの清潔でとてもいいホテルでした。特にCove Water Park、USSへのアクセスが良く便利でした。是非また利用したいホテルです。

娘と夫と二泊しました。部屋からはcove water parkとモノレールが見下ろせて眺望は最高で、部屋の隅々まで手入れが行き届いていました。ホテルのスタッフ皆さんとても親切でサービスが行き届いており大変快適な旅となりました。朝食もバラエティーに富んだもので特に待ち時間用にサーブされていたマフィンがとても美味しかったです（実際待ち時間はなかったのですが）。セントーサに行くときはまた是非こちらのホテルに泊まりたいと思います。

4泊５日で宿泊。宿泊前にリクエストしたら、景色の良い高層階にしてくれ、娘の誕生日対応もしてくれた。部屋は広く快適。コンシュルジュの対応も素晴らしい。困ったことがあれば、迅速に対応してくれる。アドベンチャー・コーブ・ウォーターパークへのアクセスも最高。

家族がインフルエンザに罹り、急遽の延泊と航空券の手配などが発生しましたがどちらも受付のスタッフの方が対応してくださいました。英語がおぼつかない中、自分自身での手配が心配でしたが代わりにやっていただき助かりました。プールはこまめに葉っぱをとってくれたりすごくきれいに保たれていました。何か不満を考えるとしたら冷蔵庫が優しすぎるのか一晩入れておかないと冷たくならないですが、本当にそれ以外はとても大満足でセントーサ島を楽しめました。 Wi-Fiも強かったです。

Wonderful long weekend stay formiur family of four. Upon hering it was my birthday, the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it a special occasion. The location was perfect for access to Universal Studios, and the Waterpark is right next to the hotel. A special mention to Poppy and the concierge team, for the extra attention and treats for the kids. Highly recommended hotel!

The hotel staff were responsive and helpful — for example, when the sink was clogged, it was quickly fixed. However, some maintenance issues stood out: body soap was not replenished, the ice machine on our floor wasn’t working properly, and overall facility upkeep could be improved. The stay was otherwise comfortable, with all staff providing prompt service. The free shuttle to Hotel Michael and nearby restaurants was convenient, though the lack of a small shop on-site made it a bit difficult to buy essentials.

Loved that it was close to all of the attractions but still quiet. The pool was very Serene and nice. I only wish there was a Jacuzzi for the General Public, Swimming by all the empty village
