Dog friendly / good location

Great location and great lay-out for a small 1 bedroom and large bathroom. Good value compared to other services residences in the area. They allow animals unlike many serviced residences.

The location was great, food courts, shopping, MRT, buses all within walking distance. Having a washing machine, dryer and cooking facilities and a good size fridge was fantastic as this meant we could pack light and cook meals on days we preferred to eat in. I would definitely recommend this property

Short walk to public transportation, several restaurants and grocery store. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Front desk staff was always helpful and friendly. Liked having a washer/dryer in our unit. A/C felt great after heating up outside! We would stay here again.

The venue was clean and well kempt, with bi-weekly room cleaning and refreshing of towels, bottled water, toilet paper, and beddings. Clarke Quay and Plaza Singapura are both within easy walking distance which makes it a nice location as well. I also enjoyed the welcome gift and the staff were always friendly. Overall a good stay.

A bit out of the way for food, shopping and transport (compared to a lot of Singaporean hotels) but pleasant, clean and quiet. Facilities are a bit old and basic (the gym is just a few treadmills and single multigym) but functional. Room size is excellent (for Singapore), but bear in mind that the single bathroom (with shower only) is accessed through the bedroom for the "Deluxe" room type.

This was a great place to stay in if you want accommodations that don’t feel like you’re in a hotel – makes for a more local experience. It has a pool, gym and function room so it’s great for active professionals. Loved the greenery around the property too. It’s great for a longer-term stay – there was a washing machine and stove in my room. It’s within a 10-min walking distance of MRT stations so it’s fairly convenient. But if you have physical conditions that make it difficult to walk, you might need to consider taking a taxi / Uber / Grab instead.

Do not stay until they improve the cleanliness

Cleanliness of the rooms and common areas is appalling. Night male manager rude Day lady manager very polite, accommodating and makes effort out of her way to improve the quality of the stay. She’s the only saving grace for this “hotel”. I would call it a hostel at the risk of disrespecting good hostels.

Great stay, good value. Only quibble is they no longer provide a good set of pots, pans, plates. Kind of a cheap way to skimp on costs. When we stayed 2 years ago, they did provide these basic items and it made a world of difference.
