I travel quite a bit and will say hands down that the front desk people here are a class act! on a different note, the location is very convenient. it's right in the city center. you can walk to the Regelaria and National Palace. you will have to uber to the Moorish Castle and Pena, though."

"Cute boutique hotel. They were working on restoring hot water when I arrived, at 9pm there was loud drilling just outside my villa. After that, staff was nowhere to be found for the next two days - although their mobile no. is left in the room. Breakfast room was dead in the morning. Left the keys inside the room when I left, since there was noone to leave it with."

"Had a wonderful stay here. We requested an early check in and they accommodated us. Everything was perfect in the room — mattress was comfortable, heat/AC/hot water worked fine, coffee, tea, plates, and cups all provided. The location is an easy 15-20 min walk to downtown Sintra/National Palace, or a Bolt/Uber can get there in less than 5 euros. It was also within one block from a mini market which was super convenient to get water, snacks, and picnic lunch. "
