We had a quick stay only 2 nites but we absolutely loved the hotel. They organized a personal driver to take us to Fatima. Also very accommodating with all our needs.

Palacio de Seteais is one of the loveliest hotels we have stayed at. The location is fantastic, the palace is beautiful and the service is top-notch. The front desk staff was very welcoming when we arrived and helped us to book a trip around Sintra. The spa is also wonderful -- Catia is so kind and creates a great atmosphere for relaxation. We truly loved our experience and hope to come back soon!

Loved the staff and we stayed in the Jane Lawrence room, a beautiful corner room with great views and a small balcony. The breakfast was fine and we enjoyed the location. Plenty of pretty indoor and outdoor spaces. We especially liked Amanda who was very kind to us!

Our stay at the Penha Longa exceeded all expectations. From the beginning to the end. On arrival we were met with some of the most friendly and helpful staff. Everyone went above and beyond to please and to make the stay great. The hotel is nestled on a beautiful golf course. Lots of great restaurants and a superb free breakfast every morning. Star in every department was great. There was no language barrier. I would certainly return to this property. We had a wonderful vacation.

I had made the reservation for a different date by mistake. Quinta honored my reservation despite the fact that the owners had shut it down for a few days. There was no one in the property and the told me how to get in. Incredible trust from their part.

We loved our stay at Quinta do Valle! The location, beautiful room and pool exceeded our expectations! Breakfast was delicious and delivered to our room every morning at our desired time. Beatrix and the staff were warm and gracious and responsive to all of our requests. They could not be more helpful or accommodating. We hope to return in the future! We stayed at 5 different hotels in Portugal on this trip. This was by far the best - awesone facility, large rooms, gorgeous view of the ocean and the friendliest staff who went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. They even packed each of us breakfast since we had to leave early in the morning to catch a flight. Five stars all around!

I had an issue and had to find a room for my daughter and myself at 2 AM. They were beyond nice enough to keep me in the same suite (big space) that I had booked for the remainder of my stay so I didn’t need to move our luggage. We had the family room, mezzanine suite. My daughter kept saying how comfortable the pullout sofa mattress was and it was nice that we each had our own space on two different levels. What a magical place! It’s like you stepped back in time when you arrive at this Quinta, surrounded by lush gardens. The woman who owns it grew up there and has so many fascinating stories to share about the house. Although it’s down a narrow gravel road, it’s easily accessible by car, Uber, and even Uber eats if you decide to order in. What a great place to end a hectic vacation. This may have been a last minute decision but it was a good one. We were met by friendly and gracious owners and staff. Such a serene atmosphere with unique rooms, a spa, restaurant, garden and pool. Staff could not be more accommodating. We were blessed to find them. Thank you so much.

Lapa Palace was always THE hotel destination in Lisbon and it STILL is. With all the competition from a burgeoning boutique hotel scene and the hideous AirBnb, Lapa manages to maintain a standard of exceptional quality. This is a very nice hotel in a great location. Very clean and well-maintained. This stuff is very nice and helpful. Restaurant is great for breakfast and OK for dinner. The only minus is that the check in is at 3 PM which may be difficult for people arriving in the morning.

Out of all the hotels that I have ever stayed in Europe, the Grande Real Villa Italia & Spa was the best hotel! Located in a beautiful beach community, this location is ideal for a wonderful outdoor pool and close to the water for beach adventures. I adore this property! I went on a solo trip. The staff is so kind, the food is wonderful, the scenery is divine, and my spa experiences were some of the best I’ve ever experienced. Highly recommend!

The Onyria Marinha is very special, wondeful and we were thoroughly impressed even after travelling as extensively as we have.
